Pricing
Prices are subject to change with out notice. Prices are exclusive of federal, state and local taxes. Wherever applicable, such taxes will be added to the invoice to be paid by the purchaser.
Freight Damage
For CMB cabinets, the factory is not responsible for any shipping damage. Delivery of products to a carrier at the shipping point shall constitute delivery to the purchaser, and regardless of the method of freight payment, all risk of loss or damage in transit shall pass to the purchaser at that time. Purchaser must inspect all shipments upon receipt and immediately file a freight claim for any apparent damages to product while in transit against the carrier.
Order Confirmation
CMB must receive written confirmation of all orders. Purchase orders may be received via Website, email-mail, mailed or faxed.
Stock Returns
No returns will be accepted without a written Return Material Authorization (RMA). Requests to return product must be made with in 15 days from the date of original shipment and are subject to the following conditions: Return transportation must be pre-paid. Allowable credit will only be given after return and inspection of the product by CMB. No cash credit on returns. Credit will be allowed on the basis of the price charged for the product, less a restock charge of $20.00 or 20% of the invoice (whichever is greater). Returns will only be accepted for standard product. Custom products, custom ordered product or non-stocked may not be returned. Credit may not be deducted from current invoices without an authorized credit memo.
Cancellations
Cancellations of orders will be accepted only with the understanding that a restocking charge may apply. Orders for custom products, custom ordered product or non-stocked product canceled after production has started will be charged for all work in progress expenses.
Lead Time
The estimated shipping date is based on production time required to process the order after the order is received by CMB.
Claims
Claims for defective products, shortage, failure in shipment, delivery, or for any other cause shall be deemed waived and released by the purchaser unless made in writing within 90 days after arrival of product. Under no circumstances shall purchaser install damaged or defective product if claims are to be made.
Limitation of Liability
CMB sole obligation to buyers, with respect to any goods, which are proven to be defective, shall only be the repair or replacement of such goods, at the option of CMB. CMB shall not be liable for any damage in excess of the purchase price of such goods, and under no circumstances shall CMB be liable for incidental or consequential damages, downtime and losses of any nature.
Warrantees
CMB offers a lifetime warranty for all of its products, Repair or Replacement. Any products that are distributed carry their respective manufactures warranties.
